New Delhi: Actor Dhanush’s much-awaited Tamil drama, Kara, has finally hit theatres on April 30, 2026. The film also stars Jayaram, Mamitha Baiju, KS Ravikumar, and Karunas in pivotal roles. The film is facing tough competition from the Kannada movie, KD: The Devil, starring Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, and Dhruva Sarja.

Several X (formerly Twitter) users took to the micro-blogging site to share their reviews and called Dhanush starrer a “blockbuster hit”. Many applauded Dhanush’s acting skills and the narrative of the movie.

One person wrote on X, “Just finished 1 half peak staging, #Dhanush best performance. @vigneshraja89 kept the tension from start to end.”
