Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Q4 results: Car manufacturer Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will release its fresh set of numbers for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on May 14.
In an exchange filing, the Nexon maker said that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, to consider and approve financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also recommend a dividend, if any, subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
“Further, we would like to inform you that in terms of the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company had intimated its ‘Designated Persons’ that the ‘Trading Window’ would remain closed from March 25, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the said financial results of the company,” it added.
Post earnings, Tata Motors PV will host an analyst/investors’ call on the same day.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will declare earnings for the final quarter of FY26 and recommend dividend, if any, on May 14. The company has not announced the time to release its earnings. In Q3, results were declared post-market hours.

Shares of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles settled 1% lower at ₹350.80 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday, April 28. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹1,29,335.85 crore.
The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹744 per share on June 11, 2025, while its 52-week low of ₹294.30 apiece was recorded on March 30, 2026.
The scrip has declined 2.94% in the past week, while it has gained 15.83% in a month. Year-to-date, it has fell 4.45%.
How did Tata Motors PV perform in Q3 FY26?
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles posted a standalone net loss of ₹233 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹57 crore profit after tax in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
Its standalone revenue from operations surged 25.75% to ₹15,268 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 as against ₹12,141 crore in the year-ago period.
