Xiaomi is going to launch its new ‘Power Bank 5i’ in India on 23 July. Its capacity is 20,000mAh. Its special features are 67-watt fast charging, built-in Type-C cable and the facility to charge three devices simultaneously.
smaXiaomi is bringing a new product in the smartphone accessories market. The company has officially announced that ‘Xiaomi Power Bank 5i’ with 20,000mAh capacity will be launched in India on July 23. The biggest feature of this new power bank is its 67-watt fast charging support and its built-in USB Type-C cable.
Xiaomi has also released a special promotion page for Power Bank 5i. A microsite is also ready for this on Amazon. According to reports, after the launch, this power bank will be sold on Xiaomi’s official website and offline stores besides Amazon. The company has not yet disclosed all the technical details of the Indian variant. But it is believed that it will come with features like the 67 Watt Xiaomi Power Bank 20,000 model available in the global market.
Digital display and built-in cable
The USB Type-C cable installed in the power bank is not only for charging, but can also be used as a strap to carry it. It also has a digital display, so you can see how much charge is left in the battery, how much charging has happened and whether the low-current mode is active or not.
Charge three devices simultaneously
Apart from the built-in USB Type-C cable, this power bank also has a separate USB Type-C port and a USB Type-A port. That means it has a total of three outputs. With this you can charge up to three devices at the same time. The built-in Type-C cable and Type-C port deliver up to 67 watts of output. It supports input up to 65 watts, so with the right charger this power bank can be fully charged in about two and a half hours.
Safety features and also perfect for air travel
It also has a special low-current mode to safely charge small gadgets like wireless earbuds and smart bands. Apart from this, it also has dual NTC temperature sensor and nine-layer circuit safety system. The energy capacity of its battery is 74.37 watt-hours, which is within the 100 watt-hour limit for carrying in airplanes. Therefore you can take it with you in flights. Xiaomi has not yet given any information about the price. The company will officially announce its price and availability in the launch event to be held on July 23.
