Hand written notes found in raid, mention of ISIS
During the ATS raid, some handwritten notes were recovered from the house of the accused. In these notes he had allegedly expressed his desire to join the terrorist organization Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). According to sources, in these documents the attack has been described as the “first step” towards connecting to a larger network. Apart from this, mention of words like ‘Jihad’ and ‘Gaza’ have also been found, although these have not been independently confirmed.
