Russian soldiers in Ukraine have been accused of alleged cannibalism. Ukrainian intelligence agency has claimed 5 such cases citing lack of food as the reason. Russia has rejected these allegations as a Ukrainian conspiracy.
Kyiv: The 4-year-long war with Ukraine is reportedly turning Russian soldiers into cannibals. An audio recording is being considered as proof of this, in which a Ukrainian soldier is telling about this to his senior officer. In the audio, the Ukrainian soldier is saying, ‘A Russian soldier killed two of his comrades. Then he cut the leg of one of them and started eating it. When we reached his location, he was doing something with a meat grinder. Later he was also killed. In the same audio, the Ukrainian soldier also warns, ‘Our soldiers are also becoming weak. It may happen that one day they start eating each other.
Cases of eating dead bodies also came to light
According to Ukrainian intelligence, so far 5 such cases have been reported in which Russian soldiers have eaten their comrades or dead bodies. It is being said that due to the long ongoing fighting, proper food is not available, due to which the soldiers have reached this extreme.
Russia denies, says Ukraine’s conspiracy
Russia has rejected these disgusting allegations against its soldiers. Russia says that ‘this is a trick of the Ukrainian intelligence agency and there is no truth in these things.’
