Brent crude futures for June delivery rose by 45 cents (0.4 per cent) to reach $108.68 per barrel as of 6:21 IST. This increase follows a 2.8 per cent jump in the previous session, marking the seventh straight day of gains.
Similarly, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for June delivery gained 58 cents (0.6 per cent), reaching $96.96 per barrel, building on a 2.1 per cent rise recorded in the prior trading session.
