KL Rahul in fine form for DC in IPL 2026

Rahul has been in fine form for the Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2026. He endured a difficult start to the season with a duck and a single in his side’s first two matches of the season, but Rahul has since regained his mojo and is back among the runs for DC. The opening batter has so far notched up 205 runs in six matches for his team in the IPL 2026 at an average of 34.16 and an impressive strike rate of 166.66.

Rahul has improved his strike rate after often being criticised for not keeping up with the modern-day requirements of scoring quickly at the top. The right-hander slammed a brilliant knock of 57 runs against RCB at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru last week to help his team pull off a close win in a thriller and followed it up with a valuable 37 against SRH.

Rahul will be looking to continue his prolific run in Delhi Capitals’ upcoming clash against the top-ranked Punjab Kings at home on Saturday.
