How to calculate CGPA

It may be noted that Class 10th and 12th results use a 10-point grading system in which grades (A1-E) and grade points (10 down to 3) are given based on marks obtained by students in subjects. To convert CGPA to percentage, students will need to multiply the CGPA with 9.5.

Students will first be required to write grade marks for each subject. Now, grade points will be required for all subjects. After this, will be required to calculate grade point by number of subjects. The final value will be the GPA earned in the UP Board. After following these steps, students will know their percentage.
