Not only parents: Pitradosh may not be done for these 6 people!
Shraadh Method: The time of Pitrupaksha is not only to perform Shraddha for parents. The Vedas and Garuda Purana clearly mentions that Tarpan is not limited to its parents only. If you do not offer these six important persons, then you may get ancestral, which can cause health, economic and child-property problems. Know who are these six people and why it is mandatory to offer them according to the scriptures, so that you can worship in this Pitrupaksha with the right method and maintain happiness and prosperity in your life.
1. Mata-father and ancestor
According to Garuda Purana, it is necessary to first perform Shraddha of three generations of parents and Pitrukul. Shraddha performed without them remains incomplete and souls are not satisfied.
2. Guru and Acharya
In the scriptures, the Guru is said to be bigger than the parents. Therefore, in Shraddha Karma, Guru and Acharya should also offer offerings as ancestral form. Without them, fathers do not get complete satisfaction.
3. Live and child
If a brother or child gets untimely death, then they should also be shradh. It is said in the Garuda Purana that Pitrupuja remains incomplete without remembering and offering them.
4. Guests and friends
The importance of guest and friend in the scriptures is also considered as Pitra. Therefore, friends or affectionate people who have passed away, the ancestors also get satisfaction from the tarpan of their name.
5. Who has no descendants
It is said in the Garuda Purana that if no one is close or other people of the family, then those souls wander in the ancestral, so it is especially necessary to perform Shraddha of such people.
6. Akal dead and renunciation
It is also important to perform Shraddha of those who have received famine death or who have retired from renunciation of the world. Without them, Shraddha is considered incomplete.
The scriptures say that the Shraddha of Pitrupaksha will be considered successful only when all of them are methodically offered and remembered. If any of these is missed, then the soul of the ancestors will not get peace and the family can have an effect on Pitridosh.
