‘Operation Midnight Hammer’ and claims of covert military action
According to the Trump administration, as part of ‘Operation Midnight Hammer’, precision strikes were carried out on Iran’s three major nuclear sites – Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan – using B-2 stealth bombers. It is claimed that these attacks seriously affected Iran’s nuclear capability. However, Iran has rejected these claims, saying that the impact on its strategic structure is being exaggerated.
