ZEE5 has officially announced the acquisition of the digital streaming rights for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film NBK111 and Naga Chaitanya’s Vrushakarma.
Balakrishna is currently shooting for his 111th film, a mass action gangster drama directed by Gopichand Malineni. Kajal Aggarwal plays the female lead. After wrapping up a schedule in Mumbai, the team is now filming key sequences at Kakinada Port.
While reports about the film’s OTT deal had been doing the rounds, ZEE5 has now made it official by including NBK111 in its upcoming content slate.
ZEE5 also confirmed that it has acquired the streaming rights for Vrushakarma, starring Naga Chaitanya and Meenakshi Chaudhary. Directed by Virupaksha fame Karthik Varma Dandu and produced by BVSN Prasad, the film is one of the most anticipated Telugu releases in production.
