Kolkata Knight Riders finally got their first win in the IPL 2026 season. Kolkata defeated Rajasthan Royals by 4 wickets on the basis of Varun Chakraborty’s lethal bowling and Rinku Singh’s excellent half-century innings. In this way, Ajinkya Rahane’s team opened its account of victory after 5 defeats in 7 matches.
Once again Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Yashasvi Jaiswal made a strong start for Rajasthan Royals and made an excellent partnership of 81 runs.
