In Uttar Pradesh, Assistant Professor re-examination was successfully completed at 53 centres. 19,718 candidates participated. AI monitoring made the examination transparent and cheating-free, while despite the Lucknow incident, the examination was completed smoothly.

Lucknow. Written re-examination of 17 subjects under Assistant Professor (Advertisement No. 51) was successfully conducted by Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission at 53 examination centers in the state. The examination was completely peaceful, cheating-free and completed on time. A total of 19,718 candidates participated in this re-examination. These included 41.35% female and 58.65% male candidates, which shows their seriousness and enthusiasm towards the examination.

Exam Centers UP: Examination conducted in two shifts in 6 major districts

This examination was conducted in 6 major districts of the state – Agra, Meerut, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur and Varanasi. The examination was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was conducted from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM and the second shift was conducted from 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM, in which good participation of the candidates was seen.

Subjects in Exam: Written re-examination of 17 subjects

A total of 17 subjects were included in this re-examination. These included subjects like Asian Culture, Music Tabla, Physical Education, Urdu, English, Sociology, Chemistry, Education, Zoology, Botany, Agricultural Economics, Hindi, Law, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Music Vocal, Philosophy and Anthropology.

AI Monitoring System: Live monitoring from AI control room

To maintain transparency and fairness of the examination, live monitoring of all the examination centers was done from the AI ​​Integrated Control Command Room of the Commission. In the presence of Commission Chairman Dr. Prashant Kumar, Secretary, Controller of Examinations and Deputy Secretary, the activities of the candidates were continuously monitored through AI cameras. This technical arrangement played an important role in making the examination transparent and fair and set an example for future examinations.

Lucknow Incident: Despite the fire incident, the examination was conducted smoothly.

An incident of fire in the AC wiring came to light in the principal’s room before the first shift in the Government Girls Inter College located in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. However, the administration took immediate action and brought the fire under control. Alternative arrangements were made under the supervision of the Nodal Officer and the Commission’s Observer, due to which the examination was successfully completed without any hindrance.

The examination was conducted in a completely cheating, transparent and well-organized manner at all the examination centers of the state. In this, active cooperation of the district administration and concerned officials was seen, due to which the examination could be completed in a peaceful environment.
