Reliance’s ties with Venezuela again after one and a half years
The country’s largest company Reliance Industries (RIL) will announce its Q4FY26 results on Friday, April 24, and its board will consider and possibly approve the final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company’s board will meet to consider its results on April 24 and will organize an analyst meet after the board meeting. The date of its results was announced after the market closed on Friday and RIL shares closed at Rs 1,364.90 on NSE with a gain of 1.6 per cent.
25 dividends declared since 2003
According to Trendlyne data, Reliance Industries has declared 25 dividends since May 23, 2003. In the last 12 months, Reliance Industries has declared an equity dividend of Rs 5.50 per share. At the current share price, RIL’s dividend yield is 0.40 percent. RIL’s Q4 results will be announced amid the Iran-Israel/US war, when crude oil prices rose sharply to $ 120 per barrel. Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries reported a marginal 0.56 per cent growth in its consolidated net profit in the third quarter at Rs 18,645 crore on a year-on-year (YoY) basis. This profit belongs to the shareholders of the company. During the same period, revenue from operations grew 11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.69 lakh crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profit increased 3 per cent from Rs 18,165 crore recorded in the September quarter. There was a 4 percent jump in revenue on quarter-on-quarter basis.
10 percent increase in shares in one year
The oil to telecom conglomerate recorded EBITDA of Rs 50,932 crore, up 6 per cent year-on-year due to strong operating performance in Jio and O2C business. In the last one year, RIL share prices have increased by 10 percent, while the benchmark Nifty and BSE Sensex have increased by 4 percent. On Friday, Jio Financial Services reported a 14 per cent year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. This profit stood at Rs 272 crore, whereas in the same period last year it was Rs 316 crore. Total revenue from operations in Q4FY26 stood at Rs 1,019 crore, which is 106 per cent higher than Rs 493 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
