The Instagram post of  is now going viral on social media, in which the organisers added a clip of SRK’s monologue, ‘Itni Shiddat Se’, from the Farah Khan-directed film. Well, their gesture has indeed impressed SRK fans, as they have now started celebrating this moment in the comments section.

Academy Loves Shah Rukh Khan’s Monologue

The Academy took to Instagram and wrote, “One thing about destiny… it doesn’t miss.” They have also credited Farah Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and the rest of the actors and writers associated with the film, Om Shanti Om.

For the unversed, Om Shanti Om was released in 2007, and it had become a big hit at the box office. The film is still being loved by the audience. Shah Rukh Khan’s dialogue ‘Itni Shiddat’ is one of the most famous monologues in Bollywood. It applies to each human being who does hard work to achieve something in life and eventually has to rely on destiny, because there is a famous saying in Hindi – ‘Waqt Se Pehle Aur Naseeb Se Zyada Kisi Ko Kuch Nahi Milta’.

 

Every actor in the world dreams of winning the prestigious Oscar award in his/her life. Hence, the academy organisers smartly used Om Shanti Om’s famous dialogue that beautifully explains the emotions of an actor.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film also stars Suhana Khan, Rani Mukerji, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor and others in key roles. King is scheduled to be released on December 24, 2026, in theatres.
