Toyota Urban Cruiser Abella EV will have two battery pack options: 49 kWh and 61 kWh. The smaller battery pack will generate 144 bhp power and 189 Nm torque, while the larger battery pack will generate 174 bhp power and 189 Nm torque. The range of the smaller battery variant will be up to 440 kilometers, while the larger battery variant will have a range of 543 kilometers. The Toyota Abella lineup will be available in three trims named E1, E2, and E3.

The upcoming Toyota Highrider facelift in 2026 is expected to have minor changes inside and outside. However, its engine will remain the same as before. This SUV will continue to come with Toyota’s 1.5-litre TNGA Atkinson Cycle strong hybrid and 1.5-litre K15C mild hybrid petrol engine options.

7-seater Toyota Highrider

The seven-seat Toyota Highrider is undergoing testing in India and has been spotted several times. It is expected to be longer than its five-seater counterpart and offer more cabin space with an extra seating row. Engine options are also expected to be 1.5-litre hybrid and petrol engines for the 5-seater model.

New generation Toyota Fortuner

The new generation Toyota Fortuner will be launched in the global market by the end of 2026. After this it will be launched in India (approximately in late 2026 or early 2027). The new SUV model will borrow many design and features from the new Hilux. In India, the existing engine options – 2.7-litre petrol and 2.8-litre diesel – are likely to be retained. Toyota’s 48V mild-hybrid system will also be available in the diesel engine of Fortuner Neo Drive.
