The politics of West Bengal is completely heated at this time. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath once again intensified the atmosphere by entering the electoral fray. In the public meeting held in Barabani, Asansol, Yogi directly attacked TMC, Congress and Leftists and made many big claims while seeking votes in favor of BJP.
Yogi’s rally in Barabani, huge crowd gathered
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday held a public meeting in Barabani, West Bengal in support of BJP candidate Arijit Roy. The crowd of people in the meeting was so huge that many people were seen climbing on the roofs of houses and trees trying to get a glimpse of Yogi. In his speech, Yogi Adityanath said that TMC goons, mafia and some Maulanas are trying to scare people. Appealing to the public, he said that if a “double engine” BJP government is formed in Bengal, then only these people will be seen sweeping the streets.

Serious allegations against TMC
Accusing TMC, CM Yogi said that sand, coal and land mafia have increased in the state, a system of corruption and cut-throat money is in place and the money coming from the Center does not reach the public. He claimed that under TMC rule, there is an atmosphere of fear among the common people, especially women and youth.
“Make Arijit victorious, TMC will be wiped out”
Yogi said that the victory of BJP candidate Arijit Roy from Barabani will be the beginning of change in the state. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there will be development at “double speed” and all problems will be solved.
Mention of UP model, emphasis on law and order
Giving the example of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath said that earlier there were riots, crime and mafia rule, but now the situation has changed. He said that now there are no riots and curfew in UP, festivals are celebrated peacefully and strict action is taken against the mafia.
Ram Mandir and Article 370 issue
In his speech, Yogi also mentioned Ram Mandir Ayodhya and Article 370 Abrogation. He said that the BJP government did those things which Congress, SP and TMC could not do.
“Safety of cow and Hindus is our guarantee”
Yogi said that if BJP government is formed:
- cow slaughter will be banned
- riots and anarchy will end
- Politics of dividing Hindus will not be allowed
Describing Bengal as the country’s “land of inspiration”, Yogi said that great personalities like Swami Vivekananda, Subhash Chandra Bose and Syama Prasad Mukherjee have emerged from here. He alleged that the present government has weakened this identity of Bengal.
