On the other hand, 16 leading Sensex stocks closed in the red today. Market heavyweight HDFC Bank had the biggest decline of 1.75 percent. Apart from this, shares of Titan, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bharti Airtel and Kotak Mahindra Bank also became victims of profit booking. However, the overall mood of the market remained positive, as 2809 shares registered a rise against 1538 shares on BSE and 163 shares also made their new 52-week high.
