Dhurandhar 2 box office collection
Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is still rewriting box office history. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 4.05 crore net in India on Day 28, taking its domestic total to Rs 1,099.72 crore.
The espionage thriller has remained remarkably steady since its release on March 19. Its opening week alone brought in Rs 674.17 crore, followed by Rs 263.65 crore in week two and Rs 110.60 crore in week three. Recent weekday figures have shown mild fluctuations, but the film continues to attract audiences across India.

Dacoit box office collection
Meanwhile, Dacoit: A Love Story, directed by Shaneil Deo and starring Adivi Sesh alongside Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap, has experienced a relatively flat run. The film added Rs 1.55 crore net on Wednesday, pushing its domestic total to Rs 27.05 crore after six days. Although it surpassed the lifetime earnings of HIT: The Second Case, it is still trailing Sesh’s previous hit, Major.

Malayalam comedy Vaazha 2: Biopic of a Billion Bros, starring Hashir, has quietly emerged as a major success story. The film has crossed Rs 107 crore in India gross collections and recorded Rs 92.47 crore in India net earnings so far.
Despite a drop in occupancy during its third week, the film’s consistent second-week numbers have kept its overall performance impressive. Its success has already prompted the announcement of Vaazha 3, which will feature a female-led storyline.

Love Insurance Kompany continues its theatrical run with steady box office numbers. The Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty starrer has collected Rs 47.12 crore worldwide, according to the latest reports. In India, the film has earned Rs 31.60 crore net, while the India gross stands at Rs 36.52 crore. Overseas markets have contributed Rs 10.60 crore, as per Sacnilk. On day 6, the film collected Rs 1.95 crore net from 3,560 shows with 17.4% occupancy, slightly lower than day 5’s Rs 4.15 crore.
Directed by Vignesh Shivan, the futuristic romance set in 2040 revolves around a dating app that allows people to insure relationships, blending technology, love and time travel into an unusual storyline.
