New Delhi: It’s Thursday, and Rockstar Games has rolled out a fresh weekly update for GTA Online, and this one leans heavily into its 420 theme. The event runs from April 16 to April 22, with a mix of boosted rewards, returning features, and some easy cash opportunities that caught my attention right away.
The update also overlaps with a limited-time 420 celebration that stretches till April 29. For the next two weeks, the 420 Event would be active, with 4X rewards in the new Stoner Survival mode and a new Hunting Pack (Get Lamar) map, plus bonuses on Weed Sales, returning Peyote Plants, green-themed showrooms, and more.
4X rewards and easy money routes this week
If you’re chasing quick GTA$, this week is actually simple. I tried the new Stoner Survival mode and it pays well if you survive longer waves.
Here’s where the money is:
- 4X GTA$ and RP on Stoner Survival and Hunting Pack (Get Lamar)
- 3X GTA$ and RP on First Dose and Last Dose missions

There’s even a weekly challenge where completing five waves in Stoner Survival gives you $420,000 in-game cash and a Sasquatch outfit. That is a decent value for a short session.
