Samrat Choudhary Net Worth: The discussion about Samrat Chaudhary has intensified in the politics of Bihar. He will become the next Chief Minister of the state. Out of this, about Rs 99 lakh is in the name of Samrat Chaudhary himself. His wife, who is a lawyer by profession, has assets registered in her name worth about Rs 28 lakh. Apart from this, some amount is also registered in the name of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF). Both his children also have assets worth lakhs of rupees in their names, taking the total movable assets to around Rs 1.98 crore.
Where is the major stake in real estate?
If we talk about immovable property i.e. landed property, the largest share in it is ancestral property. Samrat Chaudhary may have less immovable assets in his name, but his family together has immovable assets worth around Rs 9 crore. In this, the value of ancestral property is stated to be around Rs 8.20 crore. When self-acquired property is added to it, this figure reaches to around Rs 8.96 crore. The most interesting thing is that despite having assets worth crores, Samrat Chaudhary does not have any kind of debt. That means his entire property is almost debt free.
