A similar change is now being seen in Pusaur, Chhattisgarh, where projects worth crores of rupees are coming on the ground.
Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary’s visit, examined the reality of the work
State Finance Minister and Raigarh MLA O. P. Chaudhary visited Pusaur and inspected the ongoing development works. He visited the site and took stock of projects like Library Building, Pushpavatika Udyan and Chandan Talab. During the inspection, he clearly said that there will be no compromise in the quality of development works. If negligence or irregularities are found anywhere, strict action will be taken against the responsible officials.

Strict instructions to officers in review meeting
After the visit, a review meeting was also held in Nagar Panchayat Pusaur. In this, the Minister took detailed information about the progress of all the schemes and instructed the officials to complete the work within the stipulated time. He said that the benefits of government schemes should reach the common people directly and for this it is necessary to implement the work properly on the ground.
Appeal for cooperation from public representatives
In the meeting, the Minister also said that development is possible only when officials and public representatives work together. He appealed to the councilors and local representatives to provide positive cooperation and active participation in development works.
Projects worth how many crores are going on?
Currently, work is going on on many big projects in Pusaur, in which crores of rupees are being spent:
- Pushpavatika garden construction: around Rs 2.92 crore
- BT Road and drain construction (from Borodipa Chowk to College): Rs 4.08 crore
- Chandan Pond Beautification: Rs 2.10 crore
- Library building construction: around Rs 99 lakh
- Telitar Pond Deepening and Beautification: Work in progress
These projects will not only enhance the beauty of the area, but will also improve water conservation and basic facilities.

The Finance Minister clearly said that the aim of the government is not just to announce schemes but to implement them on the ground. Library will help students in studies, better roads will ease the movement of people and development of ponds will provide relief from water problem.
