In earlier times, women’s hair was healthy and thick as well as long, whereas they did not use things like shampoo, conditioner, serum etc. Actually, people used to keep their hair thick by using natural things. He used to focus more on Ayurvedic things. Herbs not only stop hair fall but also make hair grow longer. In this article, we will learn how to make hair oil with all these things.
There are many products available in the market that claim to keep your hair healthy, but even today Ayurvedic products are more trusted. Actually these are chemical free, due to which the possibility of harm is very less. So let us know how to make hair oil at home with Ayurvedic herbs and some household ingredients.
What are the ingredients required?
To make the oil, you need about 1 liter coconut oil, Bhringraj (if you want, take fresh or you can buy dry Bhringraj and powder from the market), Jatamansi (available at the grocer’s shop), Amla (4 fresh Amla or 2 spoons of powder), Brahmi (2 spoons of powder or take a little dry Brahmi), Hibiscus flowers (4-5 fresh or dry), hibiscus plant. Leaves (10-12), rosemary (fresh or dry – 2 teaspoons). Apart from all these things, you will need some things present in your kitchen like nigella, fenugreek seeds, flaxseed.
How to make oil?
It is very easy to make this hair oil. In this you do not have to heat the oil in any way, rather this oil is slowly cooked in the sun, due to which the properties of all the herbs get mixed in the oil.
Take a big glass bottle or jar. In this you add all the things including Bhringraj, Amla, Brahmi, Jatamansi, Hibiscus flowers, leaves (break them into small pieces), Rosemary, Nigella seeds, Fenugreek seeds (lightly crush them), Linseed (crush it also). Expose this oil to sunlight every day. Your oil is ready after at least 10 days. You will see that gradually the color of coconut oil will start changing as everything starts being observed.

Apply this oil thoroughly on the scalp at least 3 hours before shampooing every time and then shampoo. You should apply it at least twice a week. If your hair is not very sticky then you can also apply it overnight.

This oil contains Amla which nourishes your hair as well as removes dandruff.
