China has changed the names of 27 places in Arunachal Pradesh. India has given a strong reaction to this and has clearly said that Arunachal is an integral part of the country and such actions will not change the reality.
New Delhi: China is not desisting from its actions. He has once again repeated his old habit of changing the names of places in Arunachal Pradesh. This time China has changed the names of 27 places, mountains and rivers. India has given a strong message to China on this.
India’s befitting reply
India has clearly said that Arunachal Pradesh was and is always a part of India. Changing the name or creating false stories will not change this truth. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, ‘India completely rejects any cheap attempt by China to give fabricated names to places on its part.’
He further said, ‘Making false claims and spreading baseless rumors will not change the fact that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral part of India. These actions of China hinder efforts to normalize India-China relations. While giving advice to China, Jaiswal said that when efforts are being made to improve relations between the two countries, then China should not do such things which will have a negative impact.
