This thing makes Rajma special
Rajma is a popular dish whose rich taste lies in its simplicity. After soaking overnight, the kidney beans are boiled and then cooked in mustard oil with ginger, garlic, onion paste, tomato puree, cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, chilli and other basic spices. What makes Rajma special is its creamy textured gravy. After grating it, it is cooked slowly on low flame, which gives it a light creamy taste.
