Chapli Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

Minced meat (mutton) 500 grams
Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium
Tomato (finely chopped) 1
Green chilli (chopped) 2-3
Green Coriander (chopped) 2-3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Anardana (coarsely ground) 1 tsp
Cumin (ground) 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder as per taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Gram flour or cornflour 2 tbsp (for binding)
Egg 1 (optional)
oil for frying

How to make Chapli Kebab

To make Chapli Kebab, first take minced meat and mix finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, green coriander and ginger-garlic paste in it. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin, garam masala and anardana and mix well. Add some gram flour or cornflour to bind the mixture. Keep the prepared mixture for some time so that the spices get set properly. After this, take small portions with your hands and shape them into slightly flat kebabs. Now heat oil on the pan and fry these kebabs on medium flame till they become golden and crisp from both the sides. Serve the prepared Chapli Kebab hot with green chutney, onion and lemon.
