Rajasthan achieved the target of 202 runs given by Bengaluru in just 18 overs. Dhruv Jurel’s strong innings took the team to victory but the foundation for it was laid by Vaibhav, when he played a devastating inning of 78 runs in just 26 balls. This innings included 8 fours and 7 sixes. That means 74 runs came only from boundaries.
Vaibhav completed his half-century in just 15 balls during his innings and became the first Indian to do so twice. Vaibhav was chosen the player of the match for this brilliant record and innings. But as soon as he received this award, the 15 year old star said that he would not be able to celebrate much and there was a special reason for this. Vaibhav told that he will not be able to celebrate this innings till late because he has to wake up early in the morning and due to this he will have to sleep early.
Glory is at the forefront in every matter
This innocent statement of Vaibhav also became a hit like his innings. Talking about batting, Vaibhav has become number-1 in many respects in the initial part of this season itself. At present, he has the maximum of 200 runs in his name and he is at the forefront in the race for Orange Cap. At the same time, he is ahead of everyone else by hitting the maximum number of 18 sixes. Similarly, with a strike rate of 266, he has left everyone behind here too.
