Meanwhile, an Iranian delegation headed by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf reached Islamabad on Friday, according to Iranian media. The report added that Tehran is willing to move forward with the negotiations only if Washington agrees to its stated “preconditions”.
