The Income Tax Department has taken a special initiative to make people aware about the new tax law. The Income Tax Department in collaboration with MyGov has started an online quiz on the Income Tax Act, 2025.
Quiz will run from 20th March to 20th April
This quiz will start from 20th March 2026 and will run till 20th April 2026. Students, professionals, businessmen and common taxpayers can all participate in this. Its purpose is to inform people about the new law and connect them with the tax system.

Prizes have also been kept for those who participate in this quiz.
- Top 10 winners will get ₹10,000-₹10,000
- Next 20 winners will get ₹5,000-₹5,000
- After this, ₹3,000 each will be given to 50 people.
Apart from this, all the participants will also be given an e-certificate, which they can download.
How to participate in the quiz
It is quite easy to participate in the quiz. For this you will have to go to MyGov website and login or create a new account. After this, you will have to answer the questions by clicking on Play Quiz. There will be a total of 10 questions in this quiz, which will have to be solved in 300 seconds. The good thing is that there is no negative marking in it.
