Experts say that drinking one capful of apple cider vinegar mixed with water every morning on an empty stomach can be beneficial for some people.
Metabolism Boost- Told that it is not right to consider it as a magical drink for weight loss or other benefits. According to him, apple vinegar contains acetic acid. If you drink its water daily, it improves metabolism a little. In this way your digestive system gets benefited. It is also slightly beneficial in reducing our appetite.
Blood Sugar Control- Drinking appropriate amount of apple cider drink daily also helps in controlling blood sugar. This may be especially helpful for people who have insulin resistance or mild digestive problems.
