What is the connection of Vitamin D deficiency with the brain?
Research has shown that Vitamin D helps in keeping brain cells healthy. When there is a deficiency of this vitamin in the body, it starts getting affected. This leads to brain aging and other problems. Its greater impact is on those people who have low levels of Vitamin D in their body and those who stay in office for long hours.
Why are people aged 30 to 40 at greater risk?
People aged between 25 to 50 years were included in the study. It has been seen that the level of Vitamin D is low in people between 30 and 40 years of age. The reason for this is that these people do not have the tendency to follow the correct diet. There are many people among them who do not go out in the sun.
