- It will end on April 10 at 11:15 pm.
In such a situation, on the basis of Udayatithi, Kalashtami fast will be observed tomorrow on 10th April.
Vaishakh Kalashtami Puja auspicious time (Vaishakh Kalashtami 2026 Puja Subh Muhurat)
Worship of Kaal Bhairav is considered more auspicious at night. On Kalashtami, worship Kaal Bhairav Dev at night only. The best time for puja is going to be between 9 pm to 11 pm on 10th April.
Kalashtami Puja Vidhi
On the day of Kalashtami, wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and take bath and then wear clean clothes. After this, take a resolution in your mind to fast. Then first worship Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. After this, anoint Kaal Bhairav and apply tilak on him. During the puja, offer flowers, black sesame, mustard oil, jaggery, black urad, raw milk and sweet bread to Kaal Bhairav. Chant the mantras of Kaal Bhairav. Recite Shiv Chalisa and Bhairav Chalisa. Finally conclude the puja by performing Aarti.
