The issue started when a user named Akshay Anand tagged the Consulate and asked a question. He wanted to know whether there was any Indian among those handling his social media team? Usually such diplomatic offices give a very formal reply, but the reply of the Consulate was completely different and heart touching.
The Consulate wrote back, “Hi, we would really love to do so, but there are no vacancies at the moment. Our current team is all Iranians (who at heart #India There is a special place for). However, it is a very good idea to include our Indian friends in the team someday.”
