Mumbai: The BSE Sensex jumped 2554.95 points to 77,171.53 in early trade on Wednesday. The NSE Nifty rallied 755.10 points to 23,878.75. The Stock Market benchmark indices jumped after US President Donald Trump suspended the bombing of Iran for two weeks. He also accepted a 10-point peace plan put forward by Tehran, with a condition that the Iranian regime would immediately open the Strait of Hormuz.
