Let us tell you the story of Prince which very few fans know.
Constable wanted to make Prince a father
Prince Yadav comes from Najafgarh, Delhi, this is the same place where Virender Sehwag is also from and he made and broke many records in international cricket. Prince Yadav started playing cricket with a tennis ball and that is why his father was very worried about his son’s future. Seeing Prince’s fitness, father Ram Niwas Yadav decided to make his son a constable, but this player’s focus was only on cricket. One day the Prince told his father not to worry about his future because he would do something on his own. Prince kept that promise and today he is playing for Lucknow in IPL.

Father is proud of the prince
Prince Yadav’s father Ram Niwas said, ‘Any father would be worried about the future of his children and it was the same with me. Till the age of 18, he had not bowled even once with a leather ball. I forced him to appear for the Delhi Police constable exam because he was physically strong but he was not prepared for the written exam because his attention was somewhere else. Ram Niwas said that he had no option but to bow to his son’s insistence. He said, ‘The son is adamant and we had to fulfill it. How much can one live on in the salary of an ASI? But I’m glad I let him fly on his own.
Prince got the support of the coach
Prince Yadav was lucky that he got a good coach. Coach Amit Vashishtha helped Prince’s career take off. Apart from this, fast bowler Pradeep Sangwan, who won the Under 19 World Cup, also helped Prince. Prince’s father said, ‘We cannot thank Amit Sir enough. It was he who saw Prince playing a tennis tournament and asked him to join his academy in Najafgarh. Aamir sir taught him technique and then he played for New Delhi team in DPL. Had it not been for DPL, my son would not have progressed so fast, hence I am also grateful to DDCA and Vijay Dahiya.
prince’s power
Amit Vashishtha told that Prince has the talent of making good yorkers and swinging the ball since childhood. He said, ‘Prince’s basics were strong. He could bowl yorkers. He could also swing the tennis ball at a good speed, I saw his bowling and asked his friends to contact me. His arm speed was good and he used to get swing by backspinning the ball. The biggest thing is that Prince is hardworking and if he gets good training in Lucknow, he will be even better.
Prince has been banned
Very few people know that BCCI has also banned Prince. Prince was banned during the Covid-19 lockdown after he was found guilty of age fraud. Prince was not afraid of this and continued working for two years.
