Mango Recipes: 6 dishes made from ripe mango, everyone from children to adults will eat them on demand.

This summer season you must try Mango Mastani. For this, blend mango pulp with milk, vanilla ice cream and sugar until smooth. Pour a little of this mixture in the glass. Add chopped mango and 1 cube vanilla ice cream over it. Fill the entire glass by layering in the same manner. Lastly, garnish with vanilla ice cream, tutti-frutti and nuts. (Image:tarladalal)Mango kulfi or ice cream also tastes amazing. For this, take 1 cup fresh mango pulp, 1 cup cold whipping cream, ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla essence or powder. The cold cream has to be whipped until fluffy. After this add sugar and vanilla and mix gently. Mix mango pulp gently in the same manner. Just put it in the mold and freeze it for 6 to 7 hours. If it is mango season and Amrakhand is not made, then something remains incomplete. Tie curd in a muslin cloth and hang it. All the water will separate from the curd in at least 3 to 4 hours. After this, take out this curd in a bowl. Add ground mango pulp and add ingredients like saffron, sugar, green cardamom. It has to be whipped well, until it gets a creamy texture. From ripe mango you can make 'Mambajha Pulisseri (Kadhi), which is a traditional dish. To make this, you have to add ripe mango pieces in a big bowl, water, salt and turmeric powder and boil them in a vessel. Grind coconut, green chilli and cumin and add it. Cook it on low flame until the rawness goes away. Switch off the flame and let it cool down and then beat the curd and add it to it. After this, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves in coconut oil and temper the Pulisseri. (Image: my_pinchofwow)The taste of Aam Papad reminds us of childhood. While sour and spicy aam papad is prepared from raw mango, ripe mango papad also tastes amazing. All you have to do is take out the mango pulp and grind it and then cook it well with sugar.
