The Chief Minister has instructed all the district collectors to conduct a quick survey of the damage to crops and property in their respective areas. He said that the assessment report should be prepared soon and sent to the government, so that there is no delay in relief work.

Recently, the impact of storm, heavy rain and hailstorm has been seen in many districts of Gwalior-Chambal division. Apart from this, other areas including Rajgarh, Raisen and Betul have also suffered losses due to change in weather.
