Police took action within 10 minutes on the complaint of loudspeaker late at night in Delhi. The swift action was widely praised on social media after a citizen shared his experience on X. The police called it their priority.

New Delhi. Delhi Police took such swift action against loudspeakers being played in violation of the law at midnight that it is now being praised on social media. Akash Bansal, a Delhi-based businessman, shared his experience on X (formerly Twitter). He told how on his complaint the police solved the problem within 10 minutes.

Complained, got solution within 10 minutes

The matter is such that last night around 1 o’clock, loudspeakers were playing very loudly in the sky area. He immediately called the police control room number 100. According to Akash, within just four minutes of making the call, he got a call from the patrolling officer. Within exactly 10 minutes, the police team reached the spot, switched off the loudspeakers and resolved the matter. Akash also wrote that in the meantime two more officers called him and offered help. He wrote in his post, “This is a big victory for Delhi Police. This is the second time this has happened to me. Thank you for your service.”

When Akash’s post went viral, Delhi Police responded through its official handle. The police wrote, “Such praise motivates us. Making loud noise after 10 pm is a violation of the law. Ensuring your peace is our priority. We are always ready to help you.” This super-fast action of the police is getting tremendous response on social media. “Blinkit, but police version,” one user wrote, comparing it to an app that delivers in 10 minutes. Many people praised the police by writing “fantastic work” and “well done”.
