Peak silver price
The all-time high of silver price was seen in end January this year. On MCX, silver prices sueged to Rs 4,00,780 per kilogram. So it is clear how the price has come down in these few weeks.
In the past one week, the white metal prices have witnessed a net rise of about Rs 5,000. While the price of silver stood at Rs 2,28,370 per kg on March 28, it rose to Rs 2,33,320 per kg by April 3. But consider the volatility in prices. On April 1, silver prices jumped by Rs 13,000 a kg taking it up to Rs 2,43,860 a kg. It fell drastically on the very next day.
