Park Medi World continues to focus on expansion with scalable cluster-led growth, disciplined capital allocation, operational efficiency and strengthening its presence in underpenetrated healthcare markets. The hospital chain is likely to see strong growth in the coming years, as per Choice Institutional Equities.
Park Medi World’s expansion is aimed at decongesting the existing Palam Vihar hospital, which operates at nearly 86% occupancy in FY 26 and generated around Rs 25 crore in revenue.
“With the commissioning of Park Hospital Platinum (in Haryana), the group’s consolidated Gurugram capacity will increase to 750 beds, further strengthening its position in one of North India’s most competitive healthcare markets,” noted Choice in its report released on Tuesday.
Park Medi World Share Price Recommendation
The brokerage maintained its bullish stance on the stock with a target price of Rs 350 per share. “We continue to value the company at 18x EV/EBITDA on FY28E and hence maintain our ‘BUY’ rating with a target price of INR 350.”
