Include high protein in every mile
According to Siddharth, every mile should have a protein source. Protein makes you feel full for a long time, which does not cause hunger again and again and remains under cravings control. Protein supports muscles. It keeps metabolism active and reduces the chances of diet failure. You can take eggs, cheese, pulses, rajma, gram, tofu or Greek yogurt for this.

Stay hydrated correctly in weight loss
Do you know that 90% times when you feel hungry, in reality your body is just asking for water? Siddharth says that whenever you feel hungry, first drink a glass of water. Most times there is no desire to eat after that. Drinking the right amount of water reduces unnecessary snacking. It improves detoxification and metabolism. This weight loss process becomes easier. Drink at least 2.5–3 liters of water daily.

Exercise regularly for weight loss
Just diet will not lose weight. Exercise makes your body tone and fit. Siddharth says that if you sit on the couch as potatoes, then your body will look the same. Do not sit continuously in the office for a long time. Because your body comes into shape by workouts. The clothes fit well and increases confidence. You can start with 30–40 minutes of walk, yoga, strength training or cardio daily.
