The victims alleged that Sunil Kumar, resident of Jamura Mahi, Lalitpur, hid the information about his second and third marriage from the women and married them. The women say that their motive was only to grab jewelery and cash as dowry. Within a few months of marriage, he would threaten her with divorce and throw her out of the house.
Case of assault and threat against pregnant wife
Shivani Ahirwar, a resident of Gopalpura, Babina, told that when she was pregnant, Sunil beat her and threw her out of the house. She is currently living at her parents’ house with her one-year-old daughter. Shivani alleges that Sunil is now even threatening to kill her.
