Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated 184 flats for MPs. These include 5 bedrooms, 2 office rooms and many facilities. It has been taken care of that MPs should be comfortable and work.
Mp houses in delhi: MPs have got a new house in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated a new apartment complex on Baba Kharak Singh Marg. It has four residential towers. Each tower has 23 floors. It has 184 flats. Each tower has two basements, one stilt floor and a fire refuge floor. The area of a flat is 461.5 square meters.
Two offices are built in MPs’ flats
Each flat has two offices. One for an MP and the other for his personal assistant. Both offices have attached toilets. Each flat has a drawing and dining room, a family lounge, a puja room, dressing area and 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms also have toilets. Modular shelves are given. All rooms and office are balconies.
Moduular kitchen is in flat for MPs
There are two staff units with kitchen and attached bathrooms. Staff, MP Office and P.A. There are different entrances for the room of. The modular kitchen is made. It has hob and chimney for cooking. Each flat has double-glazed UPVC windows, wood flooring in office and master bedrooms, other rooms with vitred floors and air conditioning with VRV systems.
This includes video door phones, WiFi, Central Cable TV, EPABX telephone, piped natural gas, RO water system, refrigerator and kitchen geyser in the flat. There is also a six -storey facility block in this campus. It will have shops, service centers, dispensaries, community halls, canteens, clubs, gym/yoga facilities and guest rooms.
There can be 612 vehicles in two basement levels
Solar panels of 400 kW capacity have been installed on the roof of the house built for MPs. There is a facility to deliver rain water into the ground. Sewage treatment and water recycling, dual pipelines, power saving bulbs and fans are installed. There are two basement levels. 612 trains can be parked here.

646.53 crore has been spent to prepare this apartment complex. The project was approved by the Lok Sabha Secretariat in January 2022 and was targeted to be completed by May 2025.
