After losing the first two ODIs, Zimbabwe put up a strong fight, scoring 271/8 in the third against Australia at Harare Sports Club. Half-centuries from Innocent Kaia and Craig Ervine bolstered the hosts before Sikandar Raza added the finishing touch.
However, Kaia retired hurt with a right hamstring issue. As per Cricinfo, this marked Zimbabwe’s second-highest total batting first against Australia in ODIs.
