Yogi government has started Atal Command Center for 360° live monitoring of Atal Residential Schools. With CCTV network, QR attendance and academic analysis system, this center is taking security, transparency and education quality to new heights.
Lucknow. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the education system of Uttar Pradesh is being rapidly integrated with modern technology. A big step in this direction is the state-of-the-art ‘Atal Command Centre’ created to monitor Atal Residential Schools, which is operated in the Uttar Pradesh Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board office in Lucknow. This command center is doing 360 degree live monitoring of the Atal Residential Schools established in all the 18 districts of the state. This model has become a national example of education monitoring.
Real time monitoring of every activity of Atal Residential Schools
According to Pooja Yadav, Director General and Board Secretary of Atal Residential School Organization, 203 high-tech CCTV cameras have been installed in each school. These cameras have been arranged in such a way that there are no blind spots anywhere in the campus. Due to this live system running 24 hours a day, every activity of the school can be seen in real time. This has improved security, transparency and discipline.
Digital system of daily attendance, staff attendance and account management
Command Center is not limited to just security monitoring. From here, many administrative and operational activities of the schools are also monitored digitally.

For this, QR code based attendance system has been implemented in schools. Attendance is recorded as soon as the QR code is scanned, which has increased transparency and drastically reduced human errors.
Real-time learning assessment with an academic performance analysis system
An important feature of the Command Center is the Academic Performance Analysis System. In this, on the basis of real time data, it is known which student is smart, who is average, which student needs extra help. Apart from this, subject-wise performance report is also prepared. This information helps teachers take immediate corrective action and provide better support to students.
Digital profile of staff and online meeting facility
A complete digital profile of each staff member is available in the Command Center – all information including qualifications, work records and responsibilities are available in one click. Along with this, online meetings with principals and teachers of all the schools can also be organized from here. This has significantly increased the speed and effectiveness of administrative work.

Atal Residential School is an important initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
