Shivpuri Flood News 2025: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav reached the affected villages with relief materials amidst heavy rains and floods in Shivpuri district. In Pachwali village, he not only heard the problems of the victims, but also announced the relief amount.

CM Mohan Yadav Flood Visit: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav reached village Pachwali in Shivpuri district on Monday and inspected the recent flood affected areas. He provided assistance for house damage and food grains to the flood -affected local citizens. The Chief Minister heard the problems of the villagers in the village Pachwali. During this, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Shivpuri MLA Devendra Jain, Kolaras MLA Mahendra Singh Yadav, former MLA Prahlad Bharti, Public Representative, Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary, Superintendent of Police Aman Singh Rathore, District Panchayat CEO Himanshu Jain were also present.

The amount will be sent to the account of the victim’s family

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the government is with the victims in every situation like loss of life, animal killing or crop loss. Relief amount to the affected family will be sent directly to their account. He said that he has come to know the sufferings of the flood affected people. The government is with the affected families under any circumstances. The Chief Minister said that the first duty of the government is to ensure the safety of every citizen. These circumstances caused by excess rainfall are the exam clock for us. The situation has been found to control the situation due to public cooperation and dedication of administration. He said that relief work will continue in excess rainfall and flooded areas. Relief works being carried out in flood affected areas are constantly being reviewed. The administration is engaged in relief work with full promptness. He tied the flood affected people not to worry, the government is with you in the hour of grief.

32 villages in the grip of flood

Union Minister Scindia said that we are with the affected people every moment of happiness and sorrow. All possible assistance will be ensured in the hour of crisis. He said that this time there has been more rainfall than average rainfall, due to which the Sindh river was in a boom and 32 villages including Pachwali were hit by floods.

Two helicopters sent for relief work

Union Minister Scindia said that two helicopters from Gwalior were sent for relief work. Due to adverse weather, they could not reach the affected areas. Despite this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and the joint efforts of relief parties were evacuated. About 400 people were saved and immediate financial assistance was given to the affected. He said that there has been a lot of damage to the crop of maize and soybean, to compensate, the CM has directed the officials to provide early compensation to the affected.
