Make Amla Gatagat in minutes
Clean and steam 400 grams of Indian gooseberry. If you want, boil it in a pressure cooker in less water. You have to blow only 2 whistles. Now grind it in mixer grinds. Stir the gooseberry paste in the pan for 3 minutes and add equal amount of jaggery and stir. Now mix black salt, ground celery, 2 spoons of ground sour and make Guttagat tablets.
Instant Amla Chutney Recipe
Wash the gooseberries and steam or boil them. Then remove the seeds and cut the Amla. Heat some oil in a pan and add whole coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and a little asafoetida. Now add gooseberries and fry for some time. Then add jaggery to it and let the mixture thicken. Then add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and black salt and also add grated ginger. Mix everything well and let it cool. It can be eaten with roti, paratha, rice etc. People of all ages like it very much.

Amla sour chutney
Cut onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, roasted cumin, black salt, raw gooseberry into pieces along with green coriander and mix it in a mixer grinder. You can eat green chutney with parantha as well as cheela, lunch etc.
