Kolkata: The bidding process of three IOs — Jain Resource Recycling IPO, BMW Ventures IPO and Epack Prefab Technologies IPO — is coming to a close today, September 26. The point to note about these three new issues is that all of them are showing positive GMP on the morning of the closing day. However, only one of the IPOs has been able to attract full subscription by the end of the second day of bidding (September 25).
Jain Resource IPO GMP, BMW Ventures IPO GMP, Epack Prefab IPO GMP
On Wednesday morning, according to investorgain data the GMP of the three IPOs stood at the following levels, which signals a listing gain.
Jain Resource Recycling IPO GMP: Rs 17
It indicates a listing gain of 7.33%
BMW Ventures IPO GMP: Rs 8
It indicates a listing gain of 8.08%
Epack Prefab Technologies IPO GMP: Rs 15
It indicates a listing gain of 7.35%
Jain Resource Recycling IPO subscription level, price, lot size
Till the evening of September 25 (the second day of bidding) Jain Resource Recycling IPO was subscribed 1.31 times overall. The retail segment was subscribed 1.35 times, QIB (Ex Anchor) 1.70 times and the NII category 0.52 times.
Jain Resource Recycling IPO will raise Rs 1,250.00 crore through a combination of fresh issue of 2.16 crore (amounting to Rs 500.00 crore) and an OFS segment of 3.23 crore shares (to raise Rs 750.00 crore). The price band has been fixed at Rs 220-232. The minimum lot for retail investors is 64 shares that needs an application amount of Rs 14,848 (upper end of the price band). The minimum lots for sNII and bNII categories are 14 lots (896 shares) and 68 lots (4,352 shares) respectively. The date of allotment for the Jain Resource Recycling shares is September29, 2025. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on October 1, 2025.
BMW Ventures IPO subscription level, price, lot size
Till the evening of September 25 (the second day of bidding) BMW Ventures IPO was subscribed 0.22 times overall. The retail part was subscribed 0.27 times, QIB (Ex Anchor) 1.08 times and NII category 0.05 times.
BMW Ventures IPO is designed to raise Rs 231.66 crore through a fresh issue of 2.34 crore shares. The BMW Ventures IPO price band is Rs 94-99. For retail investors, the smallest lot is 151 shares which needs an application money of Rs 14,949 (upper end of the band). The smallest lot for sNII investors is 14 lots (2,114 shares) and that for bNII investors is 67 lots (10,117 shares).
Epack Prefab Technologies IPO subscription level, price, lot size
Till the evening of September 25 (the second day of bidding), Epack Prefab Technologies IPO was subscribed 0.61 times overall. The public issue was subscribed 0.74 times in the retail segment, 0.46 times in QIB (Ex Anchor) segment and 0.48 times in the NII category.
Epack Prefab Technologies IPO intends to raise Rs 504.00 crore by floating 1.47 crore fresh shares (Rs 300 crore) and OFS segment of 1 crore shares (Rs 204 crore). The Epack Prefab Technologies IPO price band is Rs 194-204, which means that for the retail oinvestor the minimum lot of 73 shares will need an application amount of Rs 14,892 (upper end of the price band). The minimum lot for sNII category is 1,022 shares and that for bNII category is 4,964 shares. The date of allotment for the Epack Prefab Technologies IPO is September 29 and the listing will take place on Oct 1, 2025.
