Compassion animal shelter: Is in Hyderabad. Dogs and cats are kept here.
Welfare of stray dogs (WSD): Works in Mumbai. There is a focus on the treatment of stray animals and sterilization of dogs.
Apart from this, there are local shelter and NGOs in Bhopal, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Udaipur and many other cities that are working for rescue treatment, rehabilitation and adoption of stray dogs.
