2026 Maruti Brezza Priced at Rs 7.40 Lakh: Turbo Petrol, 10.1-inch Screen & More

The new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift has now on sale in India at a starting price of Rs 7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s important to note that the mentioned price is for the entry-level LXi turbo petrol variant, while the variant-wise prices for the remaining trims are yet to be announced. The facelifted Brezza receives minor design changes, feature enhancements and a new 1.0L turbo petrol engine.

 

Refreshing Looks

Minimal cosmetic changes have been made to the new Brezza. The subcompact SUV now features a slightly revised front grille with a chrome finish on the naturally aspirated petrol and CNG variants, while the turbo petrol trims get a blacked-out treatment for a sportier look. Other key highlights include new LED headlamps and L-shaped DRLs, new dual-tone body cladding, newly-designed wheels, revised rear bumper and new connected LED taillamps.

More Features

The updated Brezza features a dual-tone Black and Brown cabin theme along with new seat upholstery and trims. The biggest upgrade is the addition of a larger 10.1-inch Smartplay Pro X infotainment system integrated into the dashboard. The new infotainment unit supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa and built-in navitation.

The MY2026 Maruti Brezza comes with features such as ventilated front seats, 64-colour ambient lighting, PM 2.5 air purification system, ventilated front seats and active cooling for the wireless phone charger.

For safety provision, the new Brezza offers blind spot warning, a tyre pressure monitoring system, rear cross-traffic alert, front parking sensors and safe exit warning. However, the facelifted version still miss out on ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) safety features, which several rivals now offer.

Turbo Petrol, NA Petrol & CNG Options

Under the hood, the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift features the Fronx-sourced 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine, pushing out power worth 110PS and 170Nm of torque. It is offered exclusively with a new 6-speed manual gearbox. The new powertrain is reserved for the higher trims. The lower and mid-level variants are offered with the existing 103PS, 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and CNG powertrain options.

Maruti Suzuki claims that the new Brezza turbo-petrol offers a claimed mileage of 20.47kmpl, while the naturally aspirated petrol variants delivers 21.09kmpl. The Brezza CNG returns a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.90km/kg.
